Sr Engineer of Battery Production (Automotive)

What you will do

• Support the Senior Manager for high-voltage battery development and production.
• Develop the complete high-voltage battery production process and define manufacturing facilities.
• Support mechanical design and coordinate communication with vehicle integration.
• Coordinate manufacturing facility suppliers and report progress to the Senior Manager for high-voltage batteries.
• Synchronize battery production activities with the manufacturing plant and battery team in Nanjing.
• Support homologation activities and the production license approach.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive, OEM, supplier, or battery manufacturing environments.
• Experience with battery system design, electrochemistry, MBS, and homologation.
• Master's degree or PhD.
• Self-organized, solution-oriented, and communicative working style.
