Sr. Manager, Visa Consulting and Analytics (Fintech)

Location: Ashburn, Virginia, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $130,600–$221,600 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments.

What you will do

• Sell consulting engagements and manage a sales pipeline for targeted US financial institution clients.
• Lead and contribute to strategy consulting projects focused on market penetration, profitability, segmentation, product development, program launches, acquisition, retention, and customer lifecycle optimization.
• Develop frameworks, recommendations, scalable solutions, toolkits, and best-practice materials for hirify.global Consulting and Analytics.
• Analyze large industry and hirify.global datasets to produce insights that improve client performance, profitability, growth, and customer engagement.
• Build client storylines that connect analytical insights to actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with account executives, marketing, sales, risk, innovation, new flows, and regional delivery teams to execute client solutions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
• Experience in management consulting or a US financial institution.
• Payments or financial services experience, including banking operations, payment schemes, card issuing, and related products and processes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience using financial indicators and measuring ROI.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work from the Ashburn, Virginia office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• At least 9 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 7 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience closing consulting sales and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Technology mindset and awareness of digital trends and applications.
