Robotics Deployment Manager

Location: Watertown, MA, United States; on-site

Salary: $80,000–$135,000 per year, plus meaningful equity

What you will do

• Own the customer experience from post-sale kickoff through robot deployment, launch, and early stabilization.
• Coordinate site layouts, workflows, networking, access, and operational constraints.
• Plan deployment timelines, delivery schedules, and internal and external dependencies.
• Identify risks, gaps, and blockers, and drive resolution across customer and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Improve deployment playbooks and processes for evolving customer environments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in robotics, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or industrial environments.
• Exposure to robotics, automation systems, MES, WMS, or industrial IT environments.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects in operational or production settings.
• Ability to manage delays, changing requirements, difficult conversations, and ambiguous environments.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and execution in real-world operational conditions.

Nice to have

• Experience as an industrial, mechanical, or automation engineer.
• Experience at scaling startups or deep-tech companies.
