Mission Deployment Lead

Location: On-site at customer locations in the National Capital Region, Augusta, GA, Fort Meade, MD, or San Antonio, TX

Base salary: $141,000–$217,000 annually. Estimated total compensation: $173,000–$307,000, including target bonus and estimated equity value.

What you will do

• Drive mission adoption for Intelligence Community users, moving teams from demos and pilots into recurring operational workflows.
• Map planning, targeting, execution support, assessment, collaboration, and reporting workflows to product capabilities.
• Lead onboarding, hands-on training, working sessions, and enablement for operators and targeters.
• Create playbooks, quick-start guides, and repeatable workflow patterns for real mission environments.
• Maintain deployment operating pictures covering stakeholders, blockers, adoption signals, product requests, risks, and next actions.
• Translate field feedback into product requirements, bug reports, workflow improvements, and engineering context while supporting demos, pilots, and expansion.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to U.S. government contract and security requirements.
• 5+ years of experience as a cyber operator, targeter, mission planner, or intelligence professional supporting real-world Intelligence Community workflows.
• Direct experience with complex cyber operations and collaboration with operators, targeters, mission leads, technical directors, and program stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of cyber mission workflows and their connection to intelligence production, planning, tasking, execution support, and assessment.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly, communicate with technical and non-technical users, and turn ambiguous field input into concise requirements and action items.
