Messaging Operations Manager (WhatsApp)

What you will do

• Lead pricing checks and negotiate special pricing with SMS and WhatsApp vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships and secure competitive terms that support profitability and service quality.
• Partner with sales and Revenue Operations on pricing, deal structuring, quoting, contract terms, and deal closure.
• Ensure deal execution follows internal booking policies and external regulations.
• Build or manage dashboards and reporting tools to monitor pricing efficiency, deal performance, closure rates, and vendor metrics.
• Analyze regional market trends and messaging benchmarks to inform pricing and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in deal desk operations, pricing, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, including proven vendor management experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and quoting tools.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with messaging and WhatsApp products.
• Experience onboarding sales representatives and training them on quoting tools and CRM systems.
