Messaging Operations Manager (WhatsApp)

A product company providing a B2B SaaS platform for marketing and customer engagement teams, with AI, a customer data platform, personalization, journey orchestration, and channels including WhatsApp, SMS, email, web, and apps.

What you will do

• Lead pricing checks and negotiate special pricing with SMS and WhatsApp vendors to secure competitive rates and protect profitability.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with sales on pricing, deal structuring, contract terms, and smooth deal execution.
• Support Revenue Operations by ensuring compliance with internal booking policies and external regulations.
• Assist with onboarding sales representatives and training them on quoting tools and CRM systems.
• Implement dashboards and reporting tools to monitor deal performance, pricing efficiency, closure rates, and vendor relationships.
• Analyze regional market trends, SMS and WhatsApp pricing dynamics, and industry benchmarks to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in deal desk operations, pricing, or related areas.
• Strong negotiation and people skills with a proven track record of vendor management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and quoting tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing tight deadlines.
