Senior Sales Operations Analyst (B2B)

Location: São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid, office-first, with the possibility to work remotely 52 days per year

What you will do

• Support key account managers throughout the sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Structure sales proposals covering logistics setup, containers, products, and payment procedures.
• Manage post-sales operations, including SLA tracking, deal certification, and procedure compliance checks.
• Resolve delivery delays, customs issues, returns, and discounts.
• Coordinate with the supply team in China on stock, product details, and shipping constraints.
• Design end-to-end sales processes and automate routine work with AI tools.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or financial operations.
• Previous B2B experience.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Comfort using AI tools to support sales operations and automate processes.
• Structured analytical thinking and strong customer-facing communication.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to automate operational routines.
• Experience in accounts payable or another financial operations function.
