IT Specialist

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage level 1 IT support tickets and resolve requests within agreed service-level targets.
• Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate device repairs.
• Facilitate hardware deployment for new hires.
• Research new technologies and tools and share findings with the operations team.
• Communicate clearly with team members to support team and office productivity.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in IT specialist or IT support work.
• Experience administering Google Workspace.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Experience with Kandji or another MDM platform.
• Technical degree or background in IT systems administration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ubiquiti or Meraki hardware and software.
• Wi-Fi and networking experience.
• Experience with SOC 2 and IT audit processes.
