Senior Scheduler - Data Center Construction

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States. On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs.

Salary: $160K–$190K per year, base salary.

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated master schedules for data center projects from pre-construction through construction hand-off.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, cost managers, subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to validate sequencing and schedule feasibility.
• Analyze schedules to identify risks, delays, critical paths, acceleration opportunities, and optimization options.
• Implement recovery strategies and mitigation plans to protect project milestones and contractual obligations.
• Lead schedule review meetings and report forecasts, KPIs, progress trends, and project health to stakeholders.
• Support project controls, including progress measurement, earned value analysis, delay impact assessments, change orders, scope modifications, and claims analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of preconstruction and construction sequencing, work breakdown structures, critical path method, and scheduling best practices.
• Experience with data center construction or mission-critical infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools for KPI tracking and dashboard creation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills; ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications is preferred.
