Construction Scheduler (Data Centers)

Location: Tysons Corner, Virginia, United States. On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs.

Salary: USD 125,000–175,000 per year. An additional salary range of USD 120,000–150,000 per year is also stated in the posting.

What you will do

• Coordinate schedule inputs and performance data from multiple sources into master scheduling platforms.
• Develop and maintain integrated construction, engineering, staffing, and EPC master schedules.
• Implement project planning and scheduling strategies, plans, and procedures across company and contractor teams.
• Integrate and maintain the integrity of contractor schedules within program-level schedules.
• Prepare project status, progress, and customized schedule performance reports.
• Perform critical path and probabilistic risk analysis on integrated and contractor schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.
• 3–5 years of applicable experience.
• Experience developing, preparing, reviewing, and baselining project schedules.
• Experience performing critical path analysis and using scheduling and risk analysis software such as Primavera P6.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with project teams, functional groups, and contractors.
