What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for hardware, software, and AI development roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and role expectations.
• Proactively source and engage potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.
• Conduct screenings, initial interviews, and manage candidate shortlists.
• Represent the employer brand at industry events and build a network of tech talent.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Several years of experience in tech recruiting, specifically within hardware, software, or AI.
• Strong understanding of the IT landscape and current market dynamics.
• Proven experience in active sourcing and building talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics, automation, or related high-tech industries.
• Additional language skills.
