Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Fort Lupton, Colorado, United States; hybrid with onsite work required 50% of the time

What you will do

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment across field operations, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to create recruitment plans and build strong, diverse candidate pipelines.
• Source candidates through social media, professional networks, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, candidate communication, and a high-touch candidate experience.
• Coach hiring leaders on talent acquisition practices, interview guides, and compliant hiring processes.
• Document recruiting processes, maintain resources, and support People Team talent management transactions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience focused on engineering and manufacturing roles.
• Experience with high-volume and full-cycle recruiting, interview techniques, and evaluation methods.
• Strong sourcing, communication, partnering, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Ability to interpret employment regulations and internal guidelines using sound judgment.
• Strong documentation, analytical, prioritization, and multitasking skills in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to work onsite 50% of the time in Fort Lupton, Colorado.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in climate tech, energy, manufacturing, or a high-growth startup.
• Familiarity with an applicant tracking system such as Lever.
