Head of Talent Acquisition (Manufacturing/Supply Chain)

Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA; Austin, TX; New York, NY; or San Francisco, CA (On-site)

Salary: $251,000 – $311,000 per year + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end hiring strategy, execution, and tracking for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain organization.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators.
• Partner with senior hiring managers to forecast headcount and map talent needs to business objectives.
• Design and optimize recruitment processes to balance speed with candidate quality for hard-to-fill industrial and procurement roles.
• Drive recruitment metrics and infrastructure, including ATS workflows and interview rubrics.
• Stay hands-on by closing critical searches and modeling high-performance execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and running hiring for manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations in a hyper-growth environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to set strategy while remaining hands-on in the work.
• Expertise in measuring and managing performance through data such as pipeline conversion, source quality, and time-to-hire.
• Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment with a focus on extreme ownership.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience scaling a TA function through rapid headcount growth.
