Location: Hybrid role based in Seattle, United States; remote flexibility is available, with up to six weeks of work from anywhere.

What you will do

• Analyze customer ERP tables and datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Build reliable data pipelines from customer ERP systems and data lakes to the hirify.global platform.
• Meet with clients to understand data needs, provide insights, and develop trusted relationships.
• Work with customer operations and external partners to gather feedback and maximize impact.
• Establish analytical best practices and contribute to a customer-driven data culture.
• Track evolving technologies and improve data practices.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced SQL skills with strong data transformation and data pipeline development experience.
• Experience with data-rich products, analytics tools, or complex data analysis.
• Mandatory bilingual English proficiency.
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Git experience for version control.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP.
• Docker or containerization experience.
• French proficiency.
