What you will do
- Transfer new formulations and manufacturing processes from R&D into production while meeting timelines and product requirements.
- Lead the development and optimization of formulation, curing, filtration, web handling, coating, and slitting processes.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting process issues, equipment failures, and quality concerns.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, supply chain, production, and quality assurance teams.
- Maintain process documentation, test records, quality metrics, reports, and presentations while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to filtration, web handling, coating, and slitting processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods for process optimization.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly, work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
- Good English communication capability required.
Nice to have
- Experience with dry film or FCCL technology.
