What you will do

• Lead the site Quality team, including Quality Inspectors and Quality Engineers, and build a quality-focused culture across functions.
• Own the site Quality Management System, ISO certification process, quality documentation, and compliance activities.
• Resolve customer quality issues through root-cause investigations, countermeasures, and timely 8D reporting.
• Develop quality control plans, monitor internal and external KPIs, and manage inspection and process-control procedures.
• Lead supplier quality improvement, Material Review Board activities, and cross-functional resolution of manufacturing and compliance issues.
• Support DFMEA and PFMEA development, continuous improvement, and coaching and mentoring for quality personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Quality leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience owning a manufacturing Quality Management System.
• Expert knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, CAPA, root-cause analysis, management review, and quality systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, coaching, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage audits, customer issues, supplier actions, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
