Process Support Engineer III - (E3)

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical interface between customers and the hirify.global business unit.
• Support semiconductor equipment installation, qualification, troubleshooting, and optimization at customer fabs.
• Develop and optimize process recipes to meet customer yield, performance, and integration requirements.
• Design and execute design-of-experiments studies, analyze process data, and provide technical conclusions and recommendations.
• Perform root cause analyses and resolve complex process engineering and customer product issues.
• Collaborate with customers and R&D teams across epitaxy and other front-end semiconductor technologies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in a relevant technical discipline.
• Approximately 3–7 years of relevant process engineering experience.
• Strong technical expertise in epitaxy and related front-end semiconductor processes.
• Knowledge of multiple semiconductor processes and technologies, such as CVD, ALD, plasma reactive ion etch, PVD, anneal, and implant.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems independently and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
