Mechanical Engineer (Data Centers)

What you will do

• Review and support mechanical technical standards and design deliverables throughout each project phase.
• Support conceptual design decisions, major equipment commitments, and materials for business approvals.
• Review commissioning scripts, procedures, critical MOPs, and commissioning reports.
• Investigate technical issues and support resolution of site performance shortfalls and failures.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and sustainable practices while collaborating with industry vendors and customers.
• Present complex technical topics to senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and groups with varying technical experience.

Requirements

• Mechanical engineering expertise applicable to data center design, execution, and reliability.
• Ability to review technical standards, design documentation, commissioning materials, and installed conditions.
• Ability to investigate problems and evaluate equipment, technologies, and sustainable solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive-level discussions.
