Location: New Castle, Delaware, United States. The role is primarily office-based, with remote or hybrid candidates considered. Candidates living within a one-hour commute of an office are required to work onsite. U.S. work authorization is required.
Salary: $138,824–$163,322 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

provides technology-enabled grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, event tickets, and memorabilia through brands including PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.
What you will do
- Manage relationships with VIP and high-value vault customers as their primary contact and the internal source of truth for item status.
- Design and launch a formal VIP program, including qualification criteria, service stages, and performance measurement.
- Integrate VIP service into existing Customer Care workflows and collaborate with Vault Operations, Client Logistics, and Process & Standards.
- Handle non-standard requests involving consignment terms, rare-item pricing, lending-related deposits, and other high-value transactions.
- Coordinate white-glove shipping, security pickups, insurance, and other logistics for valuable items in transit.
- Develop outbound growth channels through social media, collecting communities, and existing relationships, while escalating legal, compliance, and reputational incidents.
Requirements
- Experience managing high-value, high-touch client relationships in collectibles, luxury goods, financial services, or a comparable trust-sensitive field.
- Ability to build a client program from scratch and exercise sound judgment in complex customer situations.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong understanding of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and similar tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Familiarity with the trading card or broader collectibles market.
- Experience with valuation, high-end logistics, or lending-related transactions.
