• Expand existing client relationships and build a local and regional business network.
• Partner with the Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to develop business and service offerings.
• Identify opportunities, solve client problems, and close business with strategically targeted accounts.
• Develop sales strategies, prepare client presentations, and represent hirify.global at networking events.
• Project manage ongoing client engagements and maintain business development activity in CRM.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience, including Big Four Audit Manager or other public accounting experience and industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Experience in client service delivery, relationship building, and business development.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to earn the confidence and respect of senior executives and team members.
