Manager - Client Senior (Banking)

Location: Encino, California, US; in-office branch role with a sales hybrid designation.

Salary: $71,869–$114,797 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the branch sales and service team through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain high client service standards and support client retention and relationship development.
• Manage internal sales activities, outbound calling, client site visits, referrals, cross-selling, and new business acquisition.
• Partner with the branch manager, relationship managers, and internal business partners to grow client relationships and deliver banking solutions.
• Oversee branch operational integrity, risk management, loss prevention, audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct client service experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a banking environment.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies, procedures, audit processes, products, services, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Ability to report to the designated City National location in Encino, California.
