Program Manager, New Site (Nuclear)

Location: Los Angeles, CA, United States

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 annually, plus potential stock options and benefits for full-time hires.

hirify.global is developing domestic uranium enrichment and nuclear fuel production capabilities to support reactors, AI, manufacturing, and other critical industries.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional strategic programs supporting company growth, external engagement, and operational priorities.
• Support government relations with federal, state, and local agencies, regulators, and public stakeholders.
• Coordinate community engagement, public outreach, meetings, briefings, site visits, conferences, and industry events.
• Maintain program schedules, action trackers, status reports, executive briefings, presentations, and talking points.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Legal, Communications, Security, Supply Chain, and leadership to execute high-priority initiatives.
• Track permitting and regulatory activities, identify risks and dependencies, and establish scalable operating rhythms.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, government affairs, external affairs, community relations, project management, or related leadership roles.
• Strong organizational, execution, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience preparing executive presentations, briefing materials, status reports, and managing sensitive or high-visibility initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Communications, Political Science, International Relations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience with government agencies, regulators, community organizations, public-private partnerships, permitting, or regulatory engagement.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, nuclear, mining, or another highly regulated industry.
• PMP certification or equivalent program management experience.
• Experience in startup or high-growth operational environments.
