Location: 100% onsite at hirify.global's headquarters in El Segundo, California, United States

Salary: $115,000–$168,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is a startup developing factory-built, portable nuclear microreactors, including the 1-megawatt Kaleidos reactor for hospitals, data centers, remote sites, and military bases.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of government contract programs and serve as the single point of accountability for contract deliverables.
  • Drive technical milestones and coordinate regulatory, engineering, siting, manufacturing, and reactor deployment deliverables.
  • Act as the primary interface with contracting officers, program offices, installation personnel, and end users.
  • Build and maintain integrated master schedules and cost baselines for internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Manage contract compliance, reporting, milestone billing, contract modifications, and change orders.
  • Identify and resolve program risks and dependencies while managing budgets, resource forecasts, processes, tools, and reporting cadence.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of program management or project management experience.
  • Experience delivering complex capital equipment or large-scale industrial systems.
  • Experience supporting U.S. government programs and managing technically complex programs with parallel workstreams.
  • U.S. citizenship is required with no exceptions.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Must work 100% onsite at the El Segundo headquarters.

Nice to have

  • Experience with electric power infrastructure projects and power delivery services.
  • Experience building or deploying infrastructure at Department of Defense installations.
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance, government contract types, federal reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Active DoD security clearance.
