What you will do

  • Manage multiple complex hardware development projects, schedules, and critical paths.
  • Create achievable project plans with cross-functional teams, including scope, dependencies, timelines, and trade-offs.
  • Identify technical and project risks, communicate them clearly, and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, quality, regulatory, supply chain, vendors, and engineering leadership.
  • Track program progress, produce status reports, run progress meetings, and escalate issues proactively.
  • Support execution of system project plans and bringing products to market on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in hardware product development, from concept through end of life.
  • Experience working in a lean startup environment.
  • Proven stakeholder management, documentation, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to discuss implementation details with engineering, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams to identify dependencies and technical risks.
  • Competency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and relevant program management tools.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of nuclear technology and power systems.
