TL;DR

RPA & AI Automation Engineer (AI automation and fulfillment technology): Building full-stack applications, operational dashboards, AI agents, multimodal workflows, and intelligent automation for fulfillment centers with an accent on rapid delivery, system integration, and production-ready AI solutions. Focus on designing guarded and observable AI agents, integrating operational data sources, and turning fulfillment pain points into scalable software.

Location: Remote from Manila or Bogota

What you will do

Build and ship features for the FC App, including management dashboards, shift planning, slotting, roster and labor tracking, and operational workflows.
Use Cursor, Claude Code, LLM APIs, AWS Bedrock, and n8n to develop AI-assisted and automated solutions while maintaining code quality, cost efficiency, latency, and maintainability.
Design and deploy AI-powered solutions and agents for fulfillment center operations, including multimodal document and data processing.
Implement evaluations, guardrails, observability, quality assurance, security, and documentation for AI systems.
Partner with fulfillment center leaders, operators, and Technology teams to identify pain points, prioritize automation, integrate data sources, and drive adoption and support.
Expand AI and automation across fulfillment operations while communicating timelines, trade-offs, and expectations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Full-stack development experience with Python, SQL, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
Ability to integrate systems, work with APIs, and build custom solutions beyond no-code tools.
Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, APIs, and tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, AWS Bedrock, or n8n.
Ability to translate operational requirements into software, iterate based on feedback, and deliver independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

Experience with evaluations, observability or tracing, guardrails, MCP servers, or Agent SDK.
Fulfillment, operations, or e-commerce experience.
