TL;DR
AI Citizen Development Lead (Power Platform/Enterprise AI): Designing and delivering secure AI-powered automation across Salesforce, EDI, SAP ERP, and order-to-cash systems with an accent on agentic AI, RAG, orchestration, and governed data access. Focus on building scalable low-code/no-code solutions, enforcing enterprise AI governance, and improving automation reliability, observability, and business impact.
Location: Remote, Philippines; legal authorization to work in the Philippines is required without employer sponsorship. Night shift: 10PM–7AM Manila.

What you will do
- Identify automation opportunities with business teams and deliver solutions across finance and partner operations.
- Improve order-to-cash cycles, reduce manual work, increase revenue accuracy, and prevent leakage.
- Design and implement low-code/no-code solutions across Salesforce, EDI integrations, SAP ERP, and other business applications.
- Architect AI solutions using RAG, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and secure API and tool integrations.
- Test, deploy, monitor, support, and improve production automations, including root-cause analysis and incident remediation.
- Establish testing, release management, logging, monitoring, access control, auditability, and AI governance practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building enterprise-scale solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Fabric in enterprise environments.
- Experience establishing AI governance, secure data access, and role-based controls.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and orchestration patterns.
- Experience integrating AI agents with Salesforce, SAP or other ERP systems, EDI protocols, and order-to-cash systems.
- Availability for the 10PM–7AM Manila night shift and legal authorization to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.

- Programming experience with Python or SQL.
- Experience developing, training, and deploying machine learning models.
