Focus on designing end-to-end automations, connecting platforms through APIs and webhooks, troubleshooting integrations, and documenting maintainable systems.
Location: Remote from Kenya or South Africa; U.S. business hours required

is hiring for a client that builds AI-powered automation systems to improve operational efficiency.
What you will do
- Analyze operational workflows and design scalable automation systems that reduce manual effort and improve speed and accuracy.
- Build and deploy workflows using Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, and AI tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google AI.
- Connect platforms through APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations while ensuring reliable data flow.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow reliability, uptime, scalability, logic, and output accuracy.
- Document triggers, logic, integrations, outputs, dependencies, SOPs, and operational impact.
- Collaborate with non-technical teams to gather requirements, explain automation logic, and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience with workflow automation, process optimization, automation system design, and AI workflow implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, and Power Automate.
- Experience integrating AI tools and APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google AI.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, data structures, and automation logic, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, documentation, and process-writing skills.
- Ability to work remotely from Kenya or South Africa during U.S. business hours.
Nice to have
- Programming experience with Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, or Slack.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI workflow optimization, or RPA tools such as UiPath.
