Maryland-Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist (Virtual, School-Based, Part-Time)

Location: Remote within the United States; an active, unrestricted Maryland license is required.

Session rates: $40–$85 per completed clinical session in Zone 1, including Maryland, and $30–$80 per completed clinical session in Zone 2. Eligible late cancellations or no-shows are paid at $20–$30 per appointment; approved non-session work is paid at $20 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and follow evidence-based clinical practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk in accordance with safety protocols.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Maryland license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfort delivering care through telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Availability for at least 7 sessions per week during peak demand periods, including school hours, after-school hours, evenings, or weekends.
