Child and Adolescent Therapist (SPACE Certified)

Location: Remote, with availability from 8am and beyond ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Salary: $70–$95 USD per session, depending on licensure and professional level.

What you will do

• Provide SPACE-based, parent-focused therapy for children and adolescents.
• Support families addressing anxiety disorders, OCD, selective mutism, panic disorder, phobias, ARFID, and related conditions.
• Work primarily with parents and caregivers to reduce accommodation and develop more supportive responses to anxiety.
• Build and manage a recurring weekly schedule and caseload.
• Participate in weekly paid clinical consultation and peer support.
• Deliver care through a remote telehealth setting.

Requirements

• Completed SPACE training and official SPACE certification required.
• Active license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, SISW, LMSW, or equivalent master's-level qualification.
• Experience treating childhood or adolescent anxiety, OCD, or related conditions.
• At least 1 year of experience with children and adolescents or related child-development experience.
• At least 1 year of telehealth or virtual-setting experience.
• Minimum commitment of 8 hours per week and availability from 8am ET and beyond on weekdays and/or weekends.
