Child and Adolescent Therapist VA License - LCSW, LPC, LMFT - Contract/1099

What you will do

• Deliver individual virtual therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
• Use evidence-based psychotherapy practices adapted to developmental stages and neurodiverse populations.
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families, provide education, and support treatment engagement.
• Monitor progress against care goals and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families on coordinated, whole-child treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough clinical records and participate in weekly clinical consultations.

Requirements

• Independent Virginia licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD
• At least one year of experience working with children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience in telehealth or virtual care.
• Personal phone, computer, and high-speed internet.
• Minimum commitment of 8 hours per week after 4 p.m. Monday through Friday or between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekends.
• Comfort with Google Suite, electronic medical records, and virtual care platforms.
