Child and Adolescent Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT)

Location: Fully remote telehealth; hybrid onsite work is available by provider choice. Maryland independent licensure required.

What you will do

• Deliver individual telehealth therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
• Use evidence-based, developmentally appropriate, and neurodiversity-informed psychotherapy practices.
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families, provide education, and support treatment engagement.
• Monitor progress toward care goals and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families on coordinated whole-child treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough clinical records and participate in weekly clinical consultations.

Requirements

• Independent Maryland licensure as an LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, PsyD, or PhD.
• At least one year of experience working with children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience in telehealth or virtual care.
• Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet connection.
• Commit to at least 8 hours per week during core hours after 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends.
• Comfort using Google Suite, electronic medical records, and virtual platforms.
