Remote Child and Adolescent Therapist (PA License, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Location: Remote, Pennsylvania. Independent licensure in Pennsylvania is required. Availability is needed after 4pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Salary: $45,000–$95,000 USD annually for part-time work, including a $45,000 base salary and additional earnings of $70 per clinical session beyond the base caseload.

What you will do

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Build trusting therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
• Participate in clinical consultation and collaborate with specialty providers.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.

Requirements

• Independent Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• At least one year of direct individual therapy experience with children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
• Experience using Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Availability after 4pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
