Senior Engineer Manufacturing (Semiconductor)

Location: Ennis, Ireland. Days-based schedule, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30. Travel: 0%–25%.

What you will do

• Own product and process definition through part requirement analysis, test-flow selection, electrical screening, and sampling operations.
• Lead projects involving high-reliability screening, including High Temperature Reverse Bias (HTRB), burn-in, and electrical test methodologies.
• Develop and maintain process controls supporting improvements in yield, quality, throughput, and cost of ownership.
• Support equipment appraisal and qualification, process standardization, automation, and EHS improvements.
• Provide technical direction on product disposition and ensure compliance with industry test methods, standards, and customer source-control requirements.
• Create and maintain test flows, specifications, product documentation, and associated process controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Level 8) in Engineering or Physics; Electronic or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and semiconductor device behavior.
• Ability to learn, retain, and apply detailed product and process knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional project teams and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with PC applications, including Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, DOE, DMAIC, FMEA, or SPC methodologies.
• Familiarity with semiconductor device physics, discrete power devices, or ATE and electrical test environments.
• Experience with JMP, Minitab, or Excel analytics.
