What you will do

• Own and sustain multiple integrated defect monitors to ensure world-class yields.
• Develop solutions for semiconductor process problems using statistical knowledge and problem-solving tools.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement scalable strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Optimize tool performance and recipes through continuous innovation and sustaining activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the operational performance of the area.

Requirements

• Level 8 (NFQ) degree or higher in Science or Engineering (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering).
• 4+ years of experience in an engineering environment.
• Proven data analysis skills, including statistical analysis and visualization (e.g., JMP or similar tools).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biomedical, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of processes such as diffusion, etching, plating, lithography, and thin film deposition.
• High attention to detail and strong adherence to procedures.
