What you will do

• Perform wafer production operations, including equipment handling and process-related activities.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, perform repairs, and support defect reduction.
• Use technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to execute assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues and improve reliability.
• Support installation and performance improvement of manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

• Must have a relevant technical qualification (NFQ Level 6/7 or trade qualification in Electrical, Plumbing, or Instrumentation).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in technical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or medical device manufacturing.
• 4+ years of experience in equipment troubleshooting, installation, and repair in a regulated environment.
• Must be able to work a monthly rotating shift pattern.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Hands-on maintenance experience with semiconductor equipment.
• Knowledge of process control systems and lean manufacturing disciplines.
• Experience maintaining vacuum systems, precision mechanical equipment, or RF systems.
• Experience creating specifications and business processes for equipment maintenance.
