Manufacturing Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore, Singapore. Night-shift role; relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Coordinate product improvements and new product releases with other engineering functions and manage manufacturing engineering projects.
• Lead the use of Design for Excellence principles to reduce manufacturing and product costs and improve quality.
• Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Develop test procedures, evaluate results, and assess work methods, procedures, and policies.
• Identify root causes and corrective actions during assembly or system testing, perform Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–7 years of experience.
• Conceptual knowledge and technical experience for everyday problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and use required personal protective equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, lift, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
