What you will do

• Lead concurrent hardware, firmware, and software engineering tracks for safety-critical software-defined vehicle architectures.
• Coordinate PRD, MRD, and ERS definition across Engineering, Business Development, and PMO teams.
• Run Agile ceremonies, including weekly meetings, sprint planning, sprints, and retrospectives.
• Track program execution through V-Model lifecycles, validation and verification processes, and ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 requirements.
• Manage technical supplier relationships, development budgets, deliverables, and product cost optimization.
• Translate technical architectures, updates, and blockers into clear milestones for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical project management experience with complex embedded systems, semiconductor, or automotive platforms.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering or technical roles, with practical knowledge of embedded systems architecture, hardware-software interfaces, and low-level firmware.
• Hands-on experience running Agile sprints, sprint planning, and retrospectives for engineering teams.
• Experience driving PRD, MRD, and ERS definition and alignment in matrixed organizations.
• Experience with V-Model frameworks, formal ISO processes, technical vendor management, and third-party software or silicon suppliers.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, CodeBeamer, or similar enterprise and ALM tools, plus the ability to use AI and LLM tools for documentation and project tracking.

Nice to have

• Experience planning Program Increments in scaled Agile frameworks.
• Experience managing programs involving automotive semiconductors such as Qualcomm or NXP.
