Curriculum and Professional Learning Product Manager (AI/CS): Defining and scaling K–12 curriculum and professional learning products used by students and teachers across the United States and around the world with an accent on product vision, roadmap prioritization, classroom discovery, and learning outcomes. Focus on translating teacher, district, and state needs into product requirements, running pilots and studies, and building AI-enabled learning tooling with engineering and platform teams.

Location: Remote or Seattle, WA; candidates must work within the continental United States and be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents. Travel to team events at least twice per year is required.

Salary: $117,000–$154,000 per year

What you will do

  • Define product vision, priorities, bets, and a unified roadmap for curriculum and professional learning products.
  • Shape product requirements and high-level content direction in partnership with teaching and learning leadership.
  • Conduct discovery through user research, pilots, surveys, focus groups, and classroom observations.
  • Set product goals and metrics, and monitor adoption, usage, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Translate state and district requirements into product requirements and inform product packaging and marketing.
  • Coordinate curriculum, professional learning, platform, implementation, success, design, data, growth, and engineering partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end roadmap ownership and shipping student-facing learning products at scale.
  • Experience developing curriculum or professional learning products, including products for adult learners.
  • Product discovery experience and the ability to use product, market, and customer data to guide decisions.
  • Deep knowledge of K–12 computer science and AI concepts, educational products, and relevant standards and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in a text-based programming language such as Python or JavaScript, plus experience partnering with engineering and software product teams.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency, work within the continental United States, and successful completion of a pre-employment background check are required.

Hiring process
