Product Manager (EdTech)

Location: Hybrid in Culver City, California, United States

Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 per annum

What you will do

• Define, package, and evolve modular product offerings across physical, digital, hardware, and content layers.
• Translate complex, multi-layered learning experiences into scalable products designed for institutional deployment.
• Capture, synthesize, and operationalize customer insights to guide product direction, prioritization, and tradeoffs.
• Write product requirements, specifications, and briefs, then drive execution across cross-functional teams.
• Align Product, Engineering, Content, Commercial, Marketing, and Partnership stakeholders around offerings, timelines, dependencies, and decisions.
• Explore AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve the product and internal workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Experience in EdTech, especially complex or multi-product environments.
• Deep understanding of LMS platforms, curricular product delivery, and usage in K–12 and/or higher education.
• Knowledge of institutional stakeholders and ecosystem systems such as LMS integrations and content delivery platforms.
• Strong strategic and execution-oriented product judgment, analytical and research skills, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, build systems and processes from the ground up, and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience defining or scaling product packaging or platform offerings.
• Understanding of pedagogy and how technology supports learning outcomes and engagement.
• Experience working across hardware, software, and content systems.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or emerging technologies in product development.
