Operations Support Manager (Ecommerce Fulfillment)

Location: Kenosha, Wisconsin, United States; 100% on-site at the partner fulfillment center, with travel to other network locations as needed.

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Support partner fulfillment centers, including site selection, partner vetting, launches, implementations, and operational audits.
• Own the 60–90-day implementation phase, configure hirify.global’s dashboard and services, and coordinate site layouts, equipment setup, and staff training.
• Build relationships with partner and local fulfillment center leaders, identify process gaps, and create corrective training and improvement plans.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, inbound and outbound operations, returns, value-added services, scanning processes, and adherence to SOPs.
• Troubleshoot operational, technology, Jira, Cubiscan, inventory, and order-related issues while coordinating resources and escalations.
• Provide daily network updates, expedite merchant-impacting issues, and drive initiatives that improve fulfillment performance and merchant experience.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of operations leadership experience in an ecommerce fulfillment environment, including 3PL relationship management.
• Advanced knowledge of inbound and outbound fulfillment operations and at least 3 years of experience opening new sites and setting up teams.
• Strong ability to assess partner needs, build consensus, gain stakeholder buy-in, and drive operational solutions.
• Experience teaching partners and teams to adopt SOPs, warehouse management systems, dashboards, and operational tools.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; ability to create and read CAD drawings is preferred.
• Must work on-site 100% of the time, including weekends when necessary, and have access to a vehicle for travel between local sites.
