Operations Manager (Warehouse)

Location: Port Wentworth, Georgia, United States; warehouse-based role

Annual base pay: $78,750–$86,850

What you will do

• Collaborate with Supervisors to resolve daily warehouse operational issues.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership while identifying opportunities to improve warehouse productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Operations Supervisors.
• Monitor fulfillment service-level metrics and support delivery and customer-experience goals.
• Support operational strategy and innovation focused on revenue, performance, and profitability.
• Establish process-improvement initiatives to optimize day-to-day operations and drive year-over-year improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience.
• 5+ years of operations management experience.
• Strong administrative, organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
• Ability to gather and interpret data, recommend solutions, and implement action plans.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with different audiences in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Excel and SQL.
