Warehouse Supervisor

Location: OPS- Carteret, NJ D74, United States

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual; bonus and/or incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, processing, packaging, storage, and shipment of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, audit received goods, and complete operational reporting and paperwork.
• Lead, assign, monitor, and review the work of warehouse employees.
• Coach and mentor team members on productivity, quality, safety, and company values.
• Support a safe work environment, equipment maintenance, space utilization, and overtime control.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues and provide input on hiring and performance reviews.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods.
