Operations Manager (Warehouse Logistics)

Location: Cranbury, New Jersey Campus, United States. Full-time night-shift role with schedules from Wednesday through Saturday.

Annual base pay: $87,500–$96,500.

What you will do

• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve daily warehouse operational issues.
• Manage, coach, and develop Operations Supervisors while building a high-performing team.
• Monitor fulfillment service-level metrics and improve the customer delivery experience.
• Support operational strategy, innovation, revenue growth, performance, and profitability goals.
• Establish process-improvement initiatives and optimize day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Partner with stakeholders and senior leadership to identify productivity improvements and execute action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience.
• 5+ years of operations management experience.
• Strong administrative, organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret findings, and develop and implement solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Senior-level communication presence and ability to communicate with different audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Excel and SQL.
