Annual base pay: $66,975–$73,625, depending on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.

What you will do
- Supervise warehouse workers, delegate tasks, assign targets, and evaluate performance.
- Coordinate shift allocations and improve warehouse staff efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and warehouse operating procedures.
- Organize staff training and support new team members.
- Maintain the safe operation of warehouse tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with other managers, lead business initiatives, and prepare analytics-supported internal meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in management, administration, supply chain, or customer service, or 5+ years of experience in product distribution.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and legal documentation, including MSDS, equipment checklists, and BOLs.
- Working understanding of a Warehouse Management System.
- Strong leadership, administration, motivation, team-building, decision-making, time-management, and crisis-resolution skills.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver products weighing 150+ pounds unassisted or by team lift.
- Ability to read and comprehend English for workplace safety; overtime may be required.
