Manager I - Project Controls (Renewable Energy)

Location: Remote/traveling within the United States; 50% travel when remote or 25% travel if relocating to Minnesota

Salary: $121,680–$176,436 annually

What you will do

• Lead project controls personnel and third-party consultants supporting project management teams.
• Develop, control, and analyze Critical Path Method schedules and schedule risk analyses.
• Manage scheduling workloads and ensure timely delivery of schedules, cost forecasts, risk registers, dashboards, S-curves, and histograms.
• Analyze project data and provide concise, actionable recommendations to support project objectives.
• Ensure project controls obligations to clients are met and support contract and change management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, equivalent education, or relevant experience.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in construction project controls, scheduling, project cost, or project risk analysis.
• Three to five years of experience leading senior-level individual contributors.
• Subject matter expertise with Primavera P6.
• Ability to travel 50% in a remote arrangement or 25% when relocating to Minnesota.

Nice to have

• Renewable energy experience.
• Experience with cost software and/or JD Edwards.
