Belgium Remote Broker Animator (Cybersecurity)

Location: Belgium; fully remote, with a hybrid option to work from the Mechelen office if based in the area

What you will do

• Manage and develop a large portfolio of broker relationships remotely.
• Act as the primary contact for questions about cyber insurance and cybersecurity solutions.
• Support broker partners through responsive, service-oriented communication and regular engagement.
• Use HubSpot and Slack daily to document activities, prioritize requests, and maintain pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Underwriting to make processes efficient, scalable, and customer-friendly.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and data-driven working skills.
• Affinity for tools and systems, with experience or motivation to quickly master CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Slack.
• Service-oriented communication skills across phone, email, and video calls.
• Sales or customer service mindset and willingness to develop expertise in cyber insurance and cybersecurity.
• Excellent Dutch skills and confident communication in French and English.
