TL;DR

Territory Sales Representative (Furniture): Driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the BENELUX region through dealer partnerships and lead generation with an accent on challenger selling and relationship management. Focus on identifying new sales opportunities, managing project pipelines via Salesforce, and providing technical specification support.

Location: Remote - Belgium (Brussels). Territory covers Belgium and Luxembourg; requires travel up to 50% of the time.

What you will do

  • Achieve financial sales targets by building mutually beneficial relationships with designated dealers.
  • Generate new sales opportunities independently and in partnership with dealers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for product applications, mock-ups, and special projects.
  • Collaborate with National and Global Account Managers on major projects and A&D channels.
  • Provide technical and specification support to dealers in conjunction with portfolio leads.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking using Salesforce (SFDC).

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven track record in generating new business.
  • Fluency in English and French, and strong proficiency in Dutch.
  • Must be based in Belgium and hold a valid driving license (max 6 points).
  • Minimum A-level or higher education.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional selling competence.
  • Ability to work autonomously and flexibility for long hours/early starts.
