Delivery Manager (Satellite Communications)

Location: Must be based in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, United States (On-site)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for customers, managing the lifecycle from order fulfillment to revenue collection.
• Lead customer onboarding, including training, field support commitments, and alignment of invoice schedules.
• Coordinate service trials, ensuring they remain within scope and budget while managing cross-functional support.
• Chair operational meetings and quarterly business reviews to maintain account governance.
• Manage the issue and action register, tracking service performance and driving root cause analysis.
• Lead continual service improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and performance data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/STEM or equivalent industry/military experience.
• 8 years of DoD program support experience, ideally in satellite or communications systems.
• PMP or equivalent program management certification.
• Active or ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
