Enterprise Manager (Federal IT)

Location: Remote within the United States; St. Louis, MO is listed as the job location. U.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to complete DHS suitability, background investigation, and Entry-on-Duty requirements. Availability by telephone from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday is required, with flexibility for weekend, holiday, early-morning, or adjusted coverage.

What you will do

• Serve as the senior contract delivery leader and primary interface with the Contracting Officer and COR.
• Lead a 17-person technical delivery team covering SAS development, web design, data analysis, and project support.
• Maintain operational oversight of production reporting, data validation, dashboard tuning, and website patches.
• Control schedules, workloads, staffing, and staggered shifts to maintain daily, weekend, and holiday reporting continuity.
• Respond to government data calls, changing mission requirements, and surge staffing needs.
• Review technical and analytical deliverables for data integrity, validation, security, and compliance, and communicate program status to agency leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressively responsible federal program, engagement, or delivery management experience.
• Experience overseeing technical analytics or professional services teams and managing teams of more than 10 people.
• Knowledge of federal program management, staffing, risk mitigation, deliverable controls, GSA MAS task orders, and FAR compliance.
• Experience with data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, Tableau, SAS, SQL, and database environments.
• Understanding of website administration, Drupal, secure application development lifecycles, Section 508, PII protection, and federal security protocols.
• Ability to manage Firm Fixed Price and Labor Hour contract line items and respond to technical problems within 24 hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with DHS, CBP, ICE, USCIS, Census, DOJ, or HHS data-intensive programs.
• Knowledge of homeland security, border security, or federal law enforcement data systems.
• Active Project Management Professional certification.
