Customer Delivery Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Own Mission Development Plans, breaking mission deployment and execution work into committed packages and driving completion against launch-anchored deadlines.
• Manage the Customer Offering Portfolio, identifying capability gaps and driving new development with product and engineering teams.
• Partner with Customer Delivery Engineers to ensure the capabilities, plans, and tooling required for each mission are available on time.
• Connect Customer Delivery with product planning and manage deployment of new features and capabilities into operational use.
• Run cross-functional reviews, communicate progress, risks, and blockers, and keep leadership and customers aligned.
• Engage directly with customers, including executive stakeholders, on scope, schedules, and capability tradeoffs while improving delivery processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Approximately 8 years of professional experience in technical program, product, or engineering roles.
• At least 3 years as an Engineering Program Manager or product-focused Technical Program Manager at a product-driven technology company.
• Experience taking products from definition through deployment into production or operational environments, including release readiness, dependencies, and post-deployment quality.
• Experience in the satellite or aerospace industry, with working knowledge of spacecraft systems, mission operations, or payload development.
• Experience working directly with external customers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong technical aptitude, communication, organization, and prioritization skills for managing parallel workstreams.

Nice to have

• Experience with satellite on-orbit operations, commissioning, or ground segment software.
• Technical leadership experience with engineering or technical teams.
• Experience managing product or capability portfolios, roadmaps, or plans of record.
• Experience with international customers and distributed teams.
