Data Deliverables Manager

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid or onsite

Salary: $95,000–$245,000 base annually

What you will do

• Organize, manage, and maintain the status of deliverable items across the company.
• Manage the lifecycle of program deliverables from contract award through contract close-out.
• Coordinate with program managers and team members on contract requirements, customer deliverables, and delivery status.
• Oversee the input, receipt, and transmission of customer deliverable data from contracts, schedules, and CDRLs/SDRLs.
• Develop and report deliverable metrics to program and executive leadership.
• Maintain a repository of submitted deliverables and improve processes using business and PLM tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of directly related industry experience, including at least 3 years working with commercial and DoD contracts.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong desktop application skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with 3DX and/or COBRA.
• Experience with business and PLM tools.
• PMP certification.
